He has paved a new wave for new artists to start their own career. It's the authenticity that he has which attracts fans. Joji is one of the first artist to become succesful after changing his career from Youtuber to artists. In fact, he has become way more popular as an artist than when he was still doing Youtube full-time. Giving inspiration to many of his fans and upcoming artists who wants to persue music whether they work a 9-5 job or have nothing. Even before becoming an artist, Joji was making comedic songs on Youtube. Regardless, of the success that came from comedic songs, it would still be a music genre that wasn't considered popular. He proved everyone wrong as his songs became viral. This was the proof that he always he had talent in music even prior to his actual career as an artist. Joji would also bring lots of influence and representation to the Asian Community in America. He is the first Asian artist in america to hit number 1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Album Chart. Hence, bringing a positive and new light to the representation of Asian American in the media.

Not only that, Kanye's music has influenced massively other artists in the recent years.
